A RESOLUTION of the City Council of Bremerton, setting a date for hearing the Petition
to Vacate the North 213.01 feet of 12 foot wide Undeveloped Alley located South of Ist
Avenue between Yantic Avenue and Hartford Avenue.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton has received a petition to vacate the north 213.01 feet of
12 foot wide undeveloped alley located south of 1~t Avenue between Yantic Avenue and Hartford
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Bremerton Municipal Code 11.20.040 requires the City Council to set a time
for a hearing on the petition; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL THAT
Section 1. The petition to vacate the north 213.01 feet of 12 foot wide undeveloped alley
located south of 1st Avenue between Yantic Avenue and Hartford Avenue shall be heard and
determined at the City Council hearing on November 4, 1998, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall post the required notices.
