A RESOLUTION setting forth the fee structure for the Glenn Jarstad Aquatic Center.
WHEREAS, the costs associated with the operation and maintenance of the Glenn Jarstad
Aquatic Center have steadily increased over the past several years; and
WHEREAS, City Council is required to approve the fee structure for the Glenn Jarstad
Aquatic Center,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton:
That the fee structure attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this
reference is approved and shall take effect on 1 January, 1999.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that beginning 1 January 2000, and the beginning of each
calendar year thereafter, the Schedule of Regulatory License Fees attached hereto as Exhibit "A" may
be adjusted by using the revised Consumer Price Index (CPI) for all urban consumers as published by
the United States Department of Labor for U.S. City Average, all items for the most current period
preceding the beginning of the calendar year.

Notes:
1. Children under 4 years of age are admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult.
2. Season passes apply only to Adult, Lap, Senior/Disabled, Open, and Family swims. Passes do not
provide access to Fitness or Lesson programs.
3. Private Rental rates apply to a 1-hour rental with 50 or fewer swimmers. Rates increase to $50/hour
when the rental is over 1 hour and when the number of swimmers exceeds 50.
