A RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to sign all applications,
agreements and amendments, and other documents relating to
Centennial Clean Water Fund Loan documents, for the Callow Ave Basin
CSO Priority 2 Project (CCWF Loan No.L9700047)
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton developed a plan for and is undertaking a program of
construction relating to Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Reduction in the Callow Avenue Basin
and,
WttEREAS, for the City of Bremerton such project being necessary to address the needs of
the area and to protect the health, safety, and well being of the people; and,
WItEREAS, the plan was developed in accordance with the requirements of
WAC 173-245, and sets forth facilities required to be constructed to serve the needs of the area;
and,
WttEREAS, the construction costs of the Callow Avenue Basin CSO Separation Project,
Priority 2 facilities in accordance with the plan are eligible for State funding; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL THAT
SECTION 1: The Mayor is duly authorized to sign applications, loan agreements and
amendments, and other documents relating to Callow Avenue Basin CSO Priority 2, Project
Construction Loan.
