A RESOLUTION reviewing charges for the removal of garbage and debris
from the property at 1341 N. Cambrian Avenue and determining means of
collection.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton incurred costs for the removal of garbage and debris from the
property located at 1341 N. Cambrian Avenue, Bremerton and
WHEREAS, the Bremerton Municipal Code allows the City to recoup these costs by personal judgment
against the property owner which if not collected within 30 days shall become a lien against the property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is charged with determining whether the fees are just, and has considered
the report of charges filed by the Building Official and any protests or objection filed; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Bremerton:
1. That the abatement charges included in the report of the Building Official in the amount of $672.41
for the property located at 1341 N. Cambrian Avenue, Bremerton, attached hereto, are just and reasonable.
2. That the City of Bremerton will exercise its right to recapture abatemere fees by pursing a personal
judgmem against the property owner, which if not collected within 30 days shall become a lien against the
property.
