A Resolution regarding the SR304 Transportation Improvement Project
Draft Access Report approval.
WHEREAS, the City is a partner and the lead agency on the SR304 Transportation
Improvement Project; and,
WHEREAS, the preferred alternative selected on the SR304 corridor involves changes to the
highway access in the corridor; and,
WHEREAS, a Draft Access Report has been prepared showing the changes in access on the
SR304 corridor as identified in the Environmental Impact Statement; and,
WHEREAS, City approval of the Draft Access Report is necessary prior to having a formal
access hearing; now therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton that:
The Draft Access Report for the State Route 304 Transportation Improvement Project, SR3 to
Bremerton Ferry Terminal dated November 1997 modified to allow a right turn from southbound
Callow Avenue to westbound First Street is approved for consideration at the Access Hearing.
PASSED this 10th day of December, 1997 by the City Council of the City of Bremerton
