A RESOLUTION setting out the date,
time and place for a public hearing
on John Mitchell, Right of Way Vacation,
for July 21,1981, 10:30 A.M. in tile City
Council Chambers, City Hall, Bremerton, Wa.
WHEREAS, John Mitchell, 2144 E. 17th Street, Bremerton,
Washington, 98310, has presented a petition for Vacation of Right-
of-Way on real property described as follows:
North sixteen feet of Lot 9, Plat of
Panorama Gardens, as per plat recorded
with Kitsap County Auditor in Volume 7
of Plats at Page 48 (Full legal description
on file in the Planning Department)
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing on
the issue of whether said vacation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF
BREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation
requested by John Mitchell, for the above-described real property,
shall be held on Tuesday, July 21, 1981 at 10:30 A.M. in the
City Council Chambers, City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton,
Washington.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 23rd day of June 1981.
