A RESOLUTION of the City of Bremerton,
Washington providing for the submission to
the qualified electors of the City at a
primary election to be held on September
15, 1981 of the proposition stated in
Resolution No. 1886 and of the proposition
stated in Ordinance No. 3620.
WHEREAS Resolution No. 1886 and Ordinance No.3620
have been duly enacted by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton and duly filed with the Kitsap County Auditor, and
WHEREAS the propositions stated in Resolution No.
] 886 and Ordinance No. 3620 were not submitted to the electorate
on March 10, 1981 and
WHEREAS the above propositions should now be sub-
mitted to the electorate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
RESOLVED that the Kitsap County Auditor, as ex officio
supervisor of all elections held within Kitsap County is hereby
requested to call and conduct a primary election on September 15,
1981 and at such election to place on the ballot the propositions
stated in Ordinance No. 3620and Resolution No. 1886 duly
passed by the City Council of the City of Bremerton and duly
filed with the Kitsap County Auditor.
PASSED by she City Co,incil of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-
tication of such passage this 17 day of March, 1981.
