A RESOLUTION setting out the date,
time and place for a public hearing
on Mathwig/Fontana/Lindsey, Right-
of-Way Vacation for March B1, t981
10:30 A.M. in the City Council
Chambers, City Hall, Bremerton, Wa.
WHEREAS, Robert C. Mathwig, 3509 Kitsap Way,
Bremerton, Washington; Salvatore Fontana, 4922 Kitsap Way,
Bremerton, Washington; and Gary Lindsey, P.O. Box 56,
Silverdale, Wa. 98383, have presented a petition for Vacation
of Right-of-Way on real property described as follows:
North side of Kitsap Way east of
Shorewood Drive 15 feet abutting
south property line of Parcel A
and Parcel B (Full legal description
on file in the Planning Departslent)
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing
on the issue of whether said vacation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF
BREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation
requested by Mathwig/Fontana/Lindsey for the above-described
real property sllall be held on Tuesday, March 31, 1981 at
10:30 A.M., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 239 Fourth
Street, Bremerton, Washington.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in autbentication of such passage this 10th day of March 1981.
