A RESOLUTION setting out the date,
time and place [or a public hearing
on James H. Robinson, Right-of-Way
Vacation for December 8, 1981, 10:30
A.M. in the City Council Chambers,
City Hall, Bremerton, Washington, 98310
WHEREAS, James H. Robinson, 4904 Kitsap Way,
Bremcrton, Washington, has presented a petition for
Vacation of Right-of-Way on real property described as
follows:
A portion of Kitsap Way Right-of-Way on
the north side of Kitsap Way directly west
of Lower Oyster Bay Drive, measurin, 20 feet
in the north-south direction, and 235 feet
in the east-west direction. This parcel is
directly south of property rezoned for office
development by James H. Robinson. (Full legal
description on file in the Planning Department)
WHNNEAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing
en the issne of whether said vacation should be grdnted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF
BREMERT'ON:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation
requested by JamesH. Robinson for the above-described real
property shall be held on Tuesday, December 8, 1983 at 10:30
A.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 239 Fourth Street,
Bremerton, Washington.
PASSED by the City Connnissioners of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
in authentication of such passage this 3rd day of November 1981.
