A RESOLUTION setting out the date,
time, and place for a public hearing
on Great Northwest Federal Savings and
Loan Assoc., Right-of-Way/Vacation, for
August 25, 1981, 10:30 A.M. in the City
Council Chambers, City Hall, Bremerton,
Washington 98310.
WHEREAS, Great Northwest Federal Savings and Loan,
500 Pacific Avenue, Bremerton, Washington, has presented a
petition for Vacation of Right-of-Way on real property des-
cribed as follows:
Alley starting at Pacific Avenue extending
170 feet easterly between 5th Street and
6th Street (Full Legal description on file
in Planning Department)
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing
on the issue of whether said vacation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF
BREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation
requested by Great Northwest Federal Savings and Loan for the
above-described real property shall be held on Tuesday, August
25, 1981 at 10:30 A.M., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall,
239 Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of
Bremerton, signed-by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this 4 day of August 1981.
