A RESOLUTION appointing an official poundmaster
of the City of Bremerton.
WHEREAS, it is necessary and appropriate for the City
of Bremerton to appoint an official poundmaster for the control
of animals in the City of Bremerton.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
1. That ALTA PET SERVICES, INC., a Washington corperation
is hereby appointed by the City of Bremerton to be the official pound-
master of the City of Bremerton for the purpose of controlling the
animals in the City pursuant to ordinances, rules and regulations of the
City and its contract therefore with the City.
PASSED unanimously by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 4 day of August, 1981.
