A RESOLUTION setting out the date,
time and place for a public hearing
on Salvatore Fontaria, Right-of-Way
Vacation for Sep'tember 1, 1981, 10:30
A.M. in the City Council Chambers,
City Hall., Bremerton, Washington 98310.
WHEREAS, Salvatore Fontana, 4922 Kitsap Way,
Bremerton, Washington, has presented a petition for
Vacation of Right-of-Way on real property described as
follows:
North side of Kitsap Way 150 feet east of
Shorewood Drive - 15 feet abutting south
property line of Parcel B (Full legal des-
cription on file in Lhe Planning Department)
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing
on the issue of whether said vacation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF
BREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation
requested by Salvatore Fontana for the above-described real
property shall be held on Tuesday, September 1, 1981, at
10:30 A.M., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 239
Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this 28 day of July 1981.
