A RESOLUTION designating residential park-
ing permit area (Zone 31).
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the
residents of designated Zone 31 has been filed with the City;
and,
WHEREAS, the Conmissioner of Public Works has recommended
that Zone 31 be designated as residential parking permit area in
accordance with procedures established by Ordinance No. 3437
and Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential
parking permit area:
Zone 31 - 500 Block of Seventh Street - West Side.
FURTHER, that in Zone 31 a two-hour parking time limita-
tion be established.
ADOPTED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentica-
tion of such passage this 21 day of July 1981.
