A RESOLUTION setting out the date,
time and place for a public hearing
on Salvatore Fontana, Right-of-Way
Vacation for December 8, 1981, 10:30
A.M. in the City Council Chambers,
City Hall, Bremerton, Washington, 98310.
WHEREAS, Salvatore Fontana, 4922 Kitsap Way,
Bremerton, Washington, has presented a petition for
Vacation of Right-of-Way on real property described as follows:
North side of Kitsap Way 150 feet east of
Shorewood Drive - 15 feet abutting south
property line of Parcel B (Full Legal Description
on file in the Planning Department)
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing
on the issue of whether said vacation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF
BREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation
requested by Salvatore Fontana for the above-described real
property shall be held on Tuesday, December 8, 1981, at
10:30 A.M., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 239 Fourth
Street, Bremerton, Washington.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 3rd day of November 1981.
