A RESOLUTION setting out the date,
time and place for a phblic hearing
on Elwood Larsen, Right-of-Way
Vacation for December 8, 1981, 10:30
A.M. in the City Council Chambers,
City Hall, Bremerton, Washington, 98310
WHEREAS, Elwood Larsen, 3420 Kitsap Way,
Bremerton, Washington, has presented a petition for
Vacation of Right-of-Way on real property described as
follows:
A portion of Kitsap Way Right-of-Way on
the north side of Kitsap Way directly east
of Lower Oyster Bay Drive measuring 20 feet
in the north-south direction, and 211.22 feet in
the east-west direction. This parcel is directly
south of property rezoned for Hearthstone Motel
expansion. (Full legal description on file in
the Planning Department)
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing
on the issue of whether said vacation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF
BREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation
requested by Elwood Larsen for the above-described real property
shall be held on Tuesday, December 8, 1981 at 10:30 A.M. in
the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 239 Fourth Street,
Bremerton, Washington.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this3-2 day of November 1981.
