A RESOLUTION designating a
residential norking permit area
(zone 34)
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of
the residents of designated Zone 34 has been filed with the
City, and;
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works has re-
commended that Zone 34 be designated as a residential parking
permit area in accordance with procedures established by
Ordinance No. 3437 and Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential
parking permit area:
Zone - So. Lafayette Between Porter and
Farragut 400 Block - West Side only
FURTHER, that in Zone 34, a four-hour parking time
limitation be established.
ADOPTED by the City Commissioners of the City of
Ijrcmerton, signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City
Clerk in authenticorion of such passage this 3 day of August, 1982.
