A RESOLUTION declaring a Sole Source
of Supply, and authorizing Purchase
of Parts from Sahlberg Equipment.
WHEREAS, the Athney Mobil Sweepers are in need
of general maintenance and repair in order to adequately
perform;
WHEREAS, Sahlberg Safety and Supply Inc. is the
Sole Supplier of original parts for Athney Mobil Sweepers
in the State of Washington and have supplied a letter stating
ing the same;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of
Bremerton concurs with the need to keep the Athney Mobil
Sweepers in working condition, and that Sahlberg Safety and
Supply Inc. is the Sole Supplier of the necessary parts to
do so, and authorizes the purchase of the parts in the amount
of $2,937.93.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authenti-
cation of such passage this 13th day of July 1982.
