A RESOLUTION designating residential
parking permit area (Zone 32)
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the
residents of Designated Zone 32 has been filed with the City; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Works has recommended that
Zone 32 be designated as a residential parking permit area in
accordance with procedures established by Ordinance No. 3437 and
Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential parking
permit area:
Zone 32 - South Side of 9th Street between
Chester and Broadway
ADOPTED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentica-
tion of such passage this 23rd day of February, 1982.
