A RESOLUTION relating tO a transfer of land located
near Anderson Creek, Kitsap County. (City/Ultican)
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton owns a certain parcel
of property near Anderson Creek, Kitsap County, described as
follows:
The north 250 feet of the east 100
feet of that portion of Gov't. Lot
4, Section 33, T24N, R1E, W.M.,
lying south of State Highway;
and,
WHEREAS, Barry R. and Judith H. Ultican, husband and
wife own a certain parcel of property near Anderson Creek,
Kitsap County, described as follows:
The south 250 feet of the west 100
feet of the following described
tract:
That portion of the north half of the
northwest quarter of the southeast
quarter, Section 33, T24N, R1E, W.M.,
in Kitsap, County, Washington, lying
south of State Road No. 14, as said road
was conveyed to the State of Washington
in Volume 180 of Deeds, Page 418 under
Auditor's File No. 205405; EXCEPT the
easterly 690 feet thereof;
and,
WHEREAS, the City desires to acquire that parcel
described above owned by Barry R. and Judith H. Ultican for
extension of the City water lines, and
WHEREAS, Barry R. and Judith Uttican have agreed to
trade the parcel owned by them in exchange for the parcel
described above owned by the City; and
WHEREAS, the Ultican parcel has been appraised for
$4,750.00 as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated
herein, and

WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton parcel has been appraised
for $4,750.00 as shown on Exhibit B, attached hereto and
incorporated herein, and
WHEREAS the parcels to be traded are of equal value;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BREMERTON, WASHINGTON,
That that parcel of land described above owned by the
City of Bremerton be exchanged for that parcel of land described
above owned by Barry R. and Judith H. Ultican and that the
necessary documents be drafted to effect such exchange.
PASSED and APPROVED by the City Council of the City
of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 8th day of
January , 1980.
