A RESOLUTION adopting Right-of-Way Acquisitions
Procedures as set forth by the State of Washington
Department of Transportation.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton must acquire riqht-of-way to meet certain
standards for designated State and Federal Funded Street projects;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton has reviewd the procedures for Right-of-
way Acquisitions set forth by the State of Washington, Department of Transportation
acceptibles;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION PROCEDURES
as set forth by the State of Washington, Department of Transportation, are hereby
adopted.
PASSED by the CITY COMMISSIONERS of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and sttested by the City Clerk in authentician of such passage this
5 th day of February 1980.
