A RESOLUTION designating a residential
parking permit area (Zone 21).
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the residents
of designated Zone 21 has been filed with the City, and;
WHEREAS, the Comissioner of Public Works has recommended that
Zone 21 be designated as a residential parking permit area in accordance
with procedures established Ordinance No. 3437 and Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential parking permit
area:
Zone 21 - 1700 Block Burwell between High & Hewitt.
FURTHER, that in Zone 21 a four-hour parking time limitation be
established.
ADOPTED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 26th day of February, 1980.
