RESOLUTION NO. 1849
A RESOLUTION setting out the date. time
and place for a public hearing on Olympic .
College Petition for Vacation of Right-
of-Way for April 15, 1980 at 10:30 A.M.
in the City Council Chambers, City Hall,
Bremerton, Washington.
WHEREAS, Olympic College, Chester and 16th Street, Bremerton,
Washington, 98310, has presented a petition for Vacation of Right-of- Way
on real property described as follows:
Chester Avenue from the south line of the
intersection of Chester and 16th a point
410 feet south of the south line of the
intersection of Chester and 15th Street,
and vacation of 15th Street from the west
line of Broadway Avenue, west on 15th to
the east line of Lincoln.
WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing on the issue
of whether said vacation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation requested by
Olympic College for the above-described real property shall be held on Tuesday,
April 15, 1980, at 10:30 A.M., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 239
Fourth Street, Bremerton, Washington.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 25th day of March, 1980.
