A RESOLUTION relating to increase of
beneficiary retirement distribution.
WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton has accumulated excess funds
to its retirement and pension system created under Ordinance No. 1572,
as amended; and,
WHEREAS, such fund was created for the benefit of beneficiaries
provided thereunder;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That those beneficiaries provided for in the City of Bremerton's
retirement and pension system as created by Ordinance No. 1572, as amended,
receive a ten percent (10%) increase in benefits and that such increase
shall be effective as of January 1, 1981.
PASSED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 23rd day of December, 1980.
