RESOLUTION BY City of Bremerton, Washington State.
· In the matter of State Route 3, Arsenal Way to Chico.
WHEREAS; City of Bremerton, is the holder of certain easement
rights for communication utility facilities.
WHEREAS, in the improvement of State Route 3, Arsenal Way to
Chico by the State of Washington, Department of Transportation, it is
necessary for the State of Washington to acquire title to said ease-
ment rights.
WHEREAS, after due consideration by the Mayor and City Clerk of
the City of Bremerton it appears to the said Mayor and City Clerk that
it will be for the best interest of both City of Bremerton and the
State of Washington that City of Bremerton convey said lands to the
State of Washington by Quit Claim Deed for MUTUAL BENEFITS.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved by City of Bremerton in
accordance with RCW 47.12.040 and through its Mayor and City Clerk
execute and deliver said deed to the State of Washington, Department
of Transportation.
