A RESOLUTION designating residential parking
permit areas (Zones 26, 27 and 28)
WHEREAS: a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the residents
of designated Zones 26, 27 and 28 has been filed with 'the City; and,
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Public Works has recommended that
Zones 26, 27 and 28 be designated as residential parking permit areas in
accordance with procedures established by Ordinance No. 3437 and Ordinance
No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
The followinrg zones be designated as residential parking permit
areas:
Zone 26 - Naval Avenue (west side only) from 11th to 12th
Zone 27 - 1600 Block Burwell (south side) from High to Anoka
Zone 28 - High Avenue from Gregory Way to Burwell.
FURTHER, that in Zones 26, 27 and 28 a two-hour parking time
l imitation be established,
ADOPTED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage hhis 9th day of September, 1980.
