A RESOLUTION amending Resolution No. 1649 relating
to a Deferred Compensation Plan for the City of Bremerton.
WHEREAS it has become necessary to change the mem-
bership of the commitee administering the Deferred Compensa-
ion Program;
NOW THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 1649
be amended to provide that a committee consisting of an Assis-
tant City Attorney, the City Personnel director and the City
Clerk is hereby created to administer the Deferred Compensa-
tion Program.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-
tication of such adoption this 12th day of August, 1980
