RESOLUTION NO. 1869 Police Dept.
A RESOLUTION designating a residential
parking permit area (Zone 25).
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the
residents of designated Zone 25 has been filed with the City,
and;
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Public Works has recom-
mended that Zone 25 be designated as a residential parking
permit area in accordance with procedures established by
O:dinance No. 3437 and Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential
parking permit area:
Zone 25 - Broadway between 8th St. and 9th St.
FURTHER, that in Zone 25 a two-hour parking time
limitation be established.
ADOPTED by the City Commissioners of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 5th day of
August, 1980.
