RESOLUTION NO. 1861 Engineering Dept.
A RESOLUTION designating a residential
parking permit area (Zone 24)
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the
residents of designated Zone 23 has been filed with the City; and
WHEREAS, The Commissioner of Public Works has recommended
that zone 24 be designated as a residential parking permit area in
accordance with procedures established by Ordinance No. 3437 and
Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential parking
permit area:
Zone 24 Cogean Avenue between 8th Street and 9th Street
FURTHER, that in Zone 24 a two-hour parking time limitation
be established.
ADOPTED by the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentica-
tion of such passage this 1st day of July, 1980.
