A RESOLUTION designating a residential
parking permit area (zone 38)
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of
the residents of designated zone 38 has been filed with the
City, and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that
zone 38 be designated as a residential parking permit area in
accordance with procedures established by Ordinance No. 3437
and Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential
parking permit area:
Zone - 1200 block of Eight Street
between Veneta St. and Chester
St., both sides of street
FURTHER, that in zone 38, a four-hour parking time
limitation be established.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 19 day of May, 1983.
