A RESOLUTION setting date of public hearing on
application for taxicab license and providing
for publishing of notice thereof.
WHEREAS, Curtis W. Young has applied under the provision
of Bremerton Municipal Code 5.54 for the issuance of a taxicab
license and attendant taxi stand; and
WHEREAS, BMC 5.54.050 provides that a public hearing
shall be held before the City Council of the City of Bremerton
on the determination as to whether or not such license should
be granted and that the notice of the same be published in a
newspaper of general circulation within the City of Bremerton.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BREMERTON:
That the City Council of the City of Bremerton shall
hold a public hearing on the application of Curtis W. Young for
a taxicab license and attendant taxicab stand and that said hear-
ing shall be held before the City Council of the City of Bremerton
on the 8th day of June, 1983 at 6:30 p.m., at the Council Chambers
in the City Hall, Bremerton, Washington, and that the City Clerk
of the City of Bremerton is directed to publish notice of the
proposed public hearing in a newspaper of general circulation
within the City of Bremerton.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentica-
tion of such adoption this 11 day of May, 1983.
