A RESOLUTION designating a residential
parking permit area (zone 37)
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of
the residents of designated Zone 37 has been filed with the
City, and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that
Zone 37 be designated as residential parking permit area in
accordance with procedures established by Ordinance No. 3437
and Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential.
parking permit area:
Zone - 100 block of Olympic Avenue between
First Street and Burwell Street
FURTHER, that in Zone 37, a four-hour parking time
limitation be established.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 16 day of
February, 1983.
