A RESOLUTION declaring an Emergency existed
and authorizing the repair of roads damaged by
Aiexander Lake Dam flood.
WHEREAS, roads, culverts and banks on the Bremerton
Waterwshed were washed out due to the Alexander Dam flood,
WHEREAS, due to recent storms the road on Oyster Bay
settled over a watermain installation,
WHEREAS, an emergency exists and it is in the best
interest of the public health, safety and welfare to make the
necessary repairs.
NOW THEREFORE, the Bremerton City Council authorizes
the emergency repair of roads, culverts and banks in the amount
of $3,244.22 for purchase of crushed rock.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton;
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-
tication of such passage this 2 day of February, 1983
