A RESOLUTION designating a residential
parking permit area (zone 44 )
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the
residents of designated zone 44 has been filed with the City,
and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that
zone 44 be designated as a residential parking permit area in
accordance with procedures established by Ordinance No. 3~37
and Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential
parking permit area: 7th St., between Warren Ave. and Park Ave.
Zone: 44
FURTHER, that in zone 44 , a two -hour parking time
limitation be established.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 30 day of November , 1983.
