WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1224 was passed by the City of
Bremerton on November 20, 1963, resolving that a fund be
established known as the Harrison Mausoleum Maintenance Fund for
the maintenance of the Harrison Mausoleum and
WHEREAS, maintenance of the Harrison Mausoleum has been
peformed to date out of the Perpetual Care Fund of the City of
Bfemerton; and
WHEREAS, it is difficult, if not impossible, to
segregate maintenance work done on the Mausoleum from the
Perpetual Care Fund; and
WHEREAS, the City of Bremen ton will continue to
maintain the Harrison Mausoleum, now, therefore
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That the City Treasurer is hereby authorized and
directed to close out the Harrison Trust Fund, which fund number
is 602, and place those moneys in the amount of $1,344.10 into
the Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund, which fund number is Fund 601;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Bremerton
continue to maintain the Harrison Mausoleum in accordance with
Resolution No. 1224.
