A RESOLUTION designating a residential
parking permit area (zone 39)
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the
residents of designated zone 39 has been filed with the City,
and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that zone
39 be designated as a residential parking permit area in accord-
ance with procedures established by Ordinance No. 3437 and
Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential
parking permit area:
Zone - 900 block of Cogean Ave,
between 9th St. and llth St.
both sides of the street
FURTHER, that in zone 39, a four-hour parking time
limitation be established.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 29 day of June, 1983.
