A RESOLUTION setting out the date, time and
place for a public hearing on William D.
Stimson, Right-of-Way Vacation for July 27,
1983, 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers,
City Hall, Bremerton, WA 98310
WHEREAS, William D. Stimson, 1336 Marine Drive, Bremerton,
Washington, has presented a petition for Vacation of Right-of-Way
on real property described as follows:
Parcel A - Exhibit "A"
Parcel B - Exhibit "B"

WHEREAS, it is necessary to hold a public hearing on
the issue of whether said vacation should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BREMERTON:
That a public hearing on the right-of-way vacation re-
quested by William D. Stimson for the above-described real pro-
perty shall be held on Wednesday, July 27, 1983 at 6:30 P.M. in
the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 239 Fourth Street, Bremerton,
Washington.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 29th day of June, 1983.

That portion of the SE¼ of the NW 1/4 of Section 15, T24N, R1E,
W.M., described as follows: Commencing at the NW corner of said
SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; thence S88Degrees 49'15"E 224.66 feet; thence
150.O0 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue S1Degree
23'34"W 100.00 feet; thence S43 Degrees 46'58"W 48.13 feet; thence
