A RESOLUTION designating a resi-
dential parking permit area
(zone 35)
WHEREAS, a request by Mr. G. Jacobs owner of
the apartment at 2020 and 2022 East llth and 1101 Pitt
Avenue for 100 percent of his tenents of designated
zone 35 has been filed with the City, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has recommended
that zone 35 be designated as a residential parking
permit area on a temporary basis until it may be appealed
by the business residents of the area and allowing for
5 permits only;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential
parking permit area:
Zone - North side of E. llth Street
between Pitt Ave and Shore Dr.
FURTHER, that in zone 35, a two-hour parking
time limitation be established.
ADOPTED by the Council Members of the City of
Bremerton, signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 5 day of
January, 1983.
