A RESOLUTION declaring an Emergency existed
and authorizing the building of a retaining
wall for Tracyton Beach Road.
WHEREAS, a 500 foot portion of Tracyton Beach Road
was severely damaged due to heavy rains and high tides;
WHEREAS, the Bremerton City Commissioners declared
an emergency need for repair on December 21, 1982;
WHEREAS, emergency repairs and building of a retain-
ing wall were necessary to stop further deterioration of the
Road;
NOW THEREFORE, the Bremerton City Council authorizes
the emergency repair and building of a retaining wall for
Tracyton Beach Road in the following approximate amounts:
Equipment $4,033.10; Material $3,380.56; Labor $5,065.24;
Totaling $12,478.90.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton;
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authen-
tication of such passage this 12 day of January, 1983.
