A RESOLUTION designating a residential
parking permit area (zone 49 )
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the
residents of designated zone 49 has been filed with the City,
and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that
zone 49 be designated as a residential parking permit area in
accordance with procedures established by Ordinance No. 3437
and Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential
parking permit area: Veneta Ave. from 6th St. to Yth St.
Zone: 49
FURTHER, that in zone 49 , a four-hour parking time
limitation be established.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 9 day of May, 1984.
