A RESOLUTION setting date of public hearing on
application for taxicab license and providing
for publishing of notice thereof.
WHEREAS, Henry Leon McInnis has applied under the provision of Bremerton
Municipal Code 5.54 for the issuance of a taxicab license, and
WHEREAS, BMC 5.54.050 provides that a public hearing shall be held be-
fore the City Council of the City of Bremerton on the determination as to
whether or not such license should be granted and that the notice of the
same be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the City of
Bremerton.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BREMERTON:
THAT the City Council of the City of Bremerton shall hold a public
hearing on the application of Henry Leon McInnis for a taxicab license and
that said hearing shall be held before the City Council of the City of
Bremerton on the 16th day of May, 1984 at 6:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers
in the City Hall, Bremerton, Washington, and that the City Clerk of the City
of Bremerton is directed to publish notice of the proposedi public hearing in
a newspaper of general circulation within the City of Bremerton.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such adoption
this 16th day of May , 1984.
