WHEREAS, the City of Bremerton operates a city jail;
and
WHEREAS, it is desired to charge inmates who are
incarcerated in certain cells of the jail to help defray the cost
of operation;
Now, Therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the daily rate to be paid by
prisoners housed in the Special Detention Facility of the
Bremerton City Jail shall be established as follows:
ANNUAL INCOME DAILY FEE
$15,000 $35.00
12,500 25.00
10,000 20.00
7,500 15.00
5,000 10.00
2,500 5.00
