A RESOLUTION designating a residential
parking permit area (zone 47 )
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the
residents of designated zone 47 has been filed with the City,
and}
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that
zone be designated as a residential parking permit area in
accordance with procedures established by Ordinance No. 3437
and Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential
parking permit area:
Zone: 47 South side of Fifth Street
between Hewitt Avenue and
Kiwanis Playfield
FURTHER, that in zone 47, a two -hour parking time
limitat~ion be established.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
signed by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 8th day of February , 1984
