WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2000 was passed by the City
Council declaring its intention to form a Local Improvement
District and further setting a hearing date for a preliminary
assessment roll on February 7, 1983; and
WHEREAS, additional work is required in preparation of
the preliminary assessment roll and establishing boundaries for
the Local Improvement District; and
WHEREAS, it is impossible to have this information
available at the time of the previously scheduled hearing of
February 7, 1984,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 2000
be, and the same is hereby repealed.
APPROVED by the City Council on the first reading this
1st day of February, 1984.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton,
Washington, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 1st day of February,. 1984.
