A RESOLUTION amending Resolution 01796 and deleting
Zone 08, 1300 Block of Lincoln.
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the residents
of designated Zone 08 had been filed with the City, and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer had reccnmended that Zone 08 be desig-
nated as a residential parking permit area in accordance with procedures
established by Ordinance 03437 and Ordinance 03465; and,
WHEREAS, on August 17, 1984, Eight residents of the area presented
a signed petition requesting t/~t the Residential Permit Parking Zone 08 be
rescinded; and,
WHEREAS, one-hundred percent (100%) of the original petitioners
for the Permit Parking Zone have signed the petition to rescind,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
Resolution 01796 be amended to rescind as a residential parking
permit area:
Zone: # 8
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 5th day of September, 1984.
