A RESOLUTION repealing Resolution #2023,
designating a residential parking permit area
(Zone #50)
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 of the residents of
designated zone #50 had been filed with the City, and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer had recommended that Zone #50 be desig-
nated as a residential parking permit area in accordance with procedures
established by Ordinance No. 3437 end Ordinance No. 3465; and,
WHEREAS, on May 23, 1984, Twenty-six residents of the area presented
a signed petition requesting that the Residential Permit Parking Zone #50 be
rescinded; and,
WHEREAS, Thirteen of the original nineteen petitioners for the
Permit Parking Zone have signed the petition to rescind. The remaining 6 peti-
tioners do not constitute 2/3 rds of the residents of the area as required
by Ordinance #3437;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be rescinded as a residential parking permit
area: 5th Street frcm Olympic to Naval Avenue
Z one: # 50
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Brenerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in autbentication of such passage
this 6th day of June , 1984.
