A RESOLUTION setting date of public hearing on
application for taxicab license and providing
for publishing of notice thereof.
WHEREAS, Vincent Anthony Bayer has applied under the provision of
Bremerton Municipal Code 5.54 for the issuance of a taxicab license, and
WHEREAS, BMC 5.54.050 provides that a public hearing shall be held
before the City Council of the City of Bremerton on the determination as to
whether or not such license should be granted and that the notice of the
same be published in a newspaper of general circulation within the City
of Bremerton.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BREMERTON:
THAT the City Council of the City of Bremerton shall hold a public
hearing on the application of Vincent Anthony Bayer for a taxicab license
and that said hearing shall be held before the City Council of the City of
Bremerton on the 30th day of May, 1984, at 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers
in the City Hall, Bremerton, Washington, and that the City Clerk of the City
of Bremerton is directed to publish notice of the proposed public hearing in
a newspaper of general circulation within the City of Bremerton.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by e~ity Clerk in authentication of such adoption
this 9th day of May, 1984.
