A RESOLUTION SUBMITTED BY THE BREMERTON PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT TO
THE BREMERTON CITY COUNCIL ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR THE SHERIDAN
PARK RECREATION CENTER, SENIOR RECREATION CENTER, RECREATION CLASSES AND
MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL.
WHEREAS, The Parks and Recreation Department will initiate a fee of $1.25/hr.
of instruction for recreation classes. Youth fee 0-17 shall be
at $1.O0/hr. of class instruction.
WHEREAS, All user groups of Sheridan Park Recreation Center will pay a rental
fee.
WHEREAS, A rental charge will be assessed on all user groups for the Senior
Recreation Center on weekday evenings and weekends. ,,
WHEREAS, The general and learn-to-swim fees at the Municipal Pool will increase
twenty-five percent and "shower only" punch card fees will be
instituted.
BE IT RESOLVED, That the Bremerton City Council fully support the request in
this Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That when user fees for Sheridan and the Senior
Recreation Centers are determined (within thirty days) that these
fees will be approved by the City Council as an attachment to this
Resolution.
