Designating "The Sun" the Official Newspaper of
the City of Bremerton.
WHEREAS, Chapter 469, Laws of 1985 (SB3800) requires the designa-
tion of Official Newpaper for Legal Publications by Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Official Newspaper must be published regularly at
least once a week and be of general circulation and interest, and,
WHEREAS, the Sun has the largest circulation in the City of Bre-
merton would provide the broadest possible notice,
NOW THEREFORE, Be it resolved that "THE SUN" be designa-
ted the Official Newspaper for City of Bremerton legal notices and Public-
cations.
PASSED, by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 4 day of September, 1985.
