A RESOLUTICN Designating a residential
parking area (Zone #61).
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3rds of the residents
of designated Zone #61 has been filed with the City, and,
WHEREAS, The City Engineer has reconmended that Zone 61 be desig-
nated as a residential parking permit area in accordance with procedures
established by Ordinance No. 3437 and Ordinance No. 3465,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I T RESOLVED THAT:
The following zone be designated as a residential parking permit
area: ZONE: No. 61
9th Street
From High to Veneta Avenue
FURTHER, that in Zone #61, a two-hour parking time limitation be
established.
ADOPTEDby the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 16th day of July, 1986.
