A RESOLUTION designating a residential parking
permit area (Zone #57)
WHEREAS, a verified petition of at least 2/3 rds. of the resi-
dents of designated Zone 57 has been filed with the City, and;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recamnended that Zone 57 be
designated as a residential parking permit area in accordance with pro-
cedures established by Ordinance #3437 and Ordinance No. 3465;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The follwing zone be disignated as a residential parking permit
area:
ON 4th STREET -
No. Side - Naval to Hewitt Avenue
ZONE: #57
FURTHER, that in Zone 57, a two-hour parking time limitation be
establ i shed.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bremerton, signed
by the Mayor and attested to by the City Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 2nd day of January, 1986.
